Springtime in Lubec, finally! Thought it would be a good time to post some additional photos of the house to show the amazing craftsmanship from the turn of the last century. What was it like to build this house without all of the modern conveniences we have today?
I am in love with your home. How much upgrading has been done over the years, electrical, plumbing, ? How long did you live in the home? Due to the age of the home, are there 'historic' restrictions? We have been looking for just such a home, and the area of Lubec seems to be quite ideal. Any additional information would be most appreciated. Thank you for your time, mlady59@hotmail.com
